Privacy Policy
Revision of 28.10.2026
This Policy describes what data the Fbpix service (the fbpix.tech website, the fbpix.host web panel and the @Fbpixbot Telegram bot, hereinafter the Service) processes, for what purpose, and how it is protected. The terms "Contractor" and "Customer" have the meaning given in the Terms & Conditions.
1. Whose data we process
The Service works with two categories of people:
- Customers — users who register with the Service and use it for their ad campaigns;
- Landing page visitors — people who follow a Customer's ad to a landing page created in the Service and then go on to Telegram or WhatsApp.
For landing page visitor data, the Customer determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the data controller. The Contractor processes such data only on behalf of the Customer and to provide services to them.
2. What data is collected
About Customers:
- Telegram ID, username and profile name, interface language;
- project data: landing pages, domains, campaigns, connected bots, channels, groups and accounts;
- Meta and TikTok pixel IDs and access tokens, bot tokens and sessions of connected Telegram accounts;
- contact details provided for domain registration;
- payment details: amount, plan, CryptoBot invoice ID or transaction hash and USDT (TRC20) wallet address;
- correspondence with support.
About landing page visitors:
- IP address, and the country and city derived from it;
- device type, operating system, browser (User-Agent), language;
- ad tags and click IDs: UTM, sub ID, fbclid, ttclid, _fbp/_fbc cookies and similar;
- events: visit, click, subscription, unsubscribe, join, join request, chat start;
- Telegram and WhatsApp identifiers, profile name and messages — if the visitor subscribed to the Customer's channel or wrote to the Customer's bot, account or chat.
We do not request and do not knowingly collect passport data, bank card data, or information about health, religious or political views.
3. How the data is used
- providing the Service's features: publishing landing pages, redirecting traffic, tracking and statistics;
- sending conversion events to the Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API for pixels connected by the Customer;
- running the CRM, auto-messages and broadcasts configured by the Customer;
- registering and connecting domains, issuing SSL certificates;
- accepting payments and managing plans;
- protecting against abuse, bots and fraud, investigating complaints;
- technical support and improving the Service.
We do not sell data and do not use the Customer's landing page visitor data for our own advertising.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the Service to work:
- Meta Platforms and TikTok — conversion events for the Customer's pixels;
- Telegram and WhatsApp — to operate the Customer's bots, accounts, channels and groups;
- Cloudflare and domain registrars — for DNS, protection and domain registration;
- CryptoBot and the TRON blockchain network — to accept payments;
- hosting providers whose servers host the Service;
- government authorities — upon a lawful request, in the manner established by applicable law.
These services process data under their own privacy policies. Servers and partners may be located in different countries, so data may be transferred outside the user's country.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Landing pages and the website use cookies and browser local storage to link an ad click to a later event, filter out duplicates and display statistics. Meta and TikTok pixels installed by the Customer may also set their own cookies. Visitors can disable or delete cookies in their browser settings, although some features may then not work correctly.
6. Retention
- Customer account and project data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request;
- statistics and event logs about landing page visitors are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized;
- payment records may be kept longer — as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution.
When a project is deleted, related data may remain in backups for a limited time until they are routinely overwritten.
7. Data security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to servers and databases, role-based permissions within workspaces, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure, so the Customer is also responsible for keeping their tokens, passwords and Telegram account access safe.
8. Customer obligations
When using the Service on their landing pages and in their channels, the Customer must independently:
- publish their own privacy policy and cookie notice where required by the law of their country or the country of their visitors;
- obtain visitors' consent to data processing and to receiving messages and broadcasts;
- comply with the Meta, TikTok, Telegram and WhatsApp rules on handling user data.
9. User rights
You may request information about which of your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. We recommend that landing page visitors first contact the owner of the relevant channel or chat (the Customer), as they control this data; the Contractor will provide the Customer with the necessary assistance. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe such data has reached us, contact support and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The new revision takes effect when it is published on this page; the revision date is shown at the top. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Policy.
12. Contact
For questions about data processing and deletion requests, contact support: @webloy on Telegram.
